2010 LMA New England Annual Conference Partnership Opportunities

      Gold Level Conference Partner ($5,000) includes the Bronze level benefits plus:

Football Helmet Ice Cream Sundae Bar Partner ($3,000) – ONE AVAILABLE

This year we are offering an energizer break on Friday afternoon for our attendees, where we will feature a football helmet ice cream sundae bar. To kick-off the football season, we will be serving ice cream and all the toppings you can think of in mini plastic football helmets that will have your logo displayed on both sides of it. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**. In addition, there will be multiple signs identifying your company as the sundae bar sponsor set up in the area where the ice cream will be served. The LMA NE Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the mini football helmets, along with the signs. 

The Playbook Binder Partner ($2,500) – ONE AVAILABLE

Playing off of the playbook theme of this year’s conference, your logo will be featured with the LMA NE logo on The Playbook. This high-quality binder will be distributed to all attendees at the beginning of the conference. Attendees will be using this binder to create the ultimate playbook, which will serve as a great reference tool after the conference. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**. The LMA NE Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of The Playbook binder.

Name Badge Partner ($2,000) – ONE AVAILABLE   SOLD

Have your logo prominently displayed with the LMA NE logo. Name badges will be worn by attendees at all times during the conference. Your logo will be a walking advertisement and seen throughout the conference. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**. The LMA NE Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the name badges.

Conference Bag Partner ($2,000) – ONE AVAILABLE

Your logo will travel with attendees throughout the conference and back to their office. Your logo will be showcased with the LMA NE logo and will be distributed to all attendees at registration. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**. The LMA NE Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the conference bags.

Reception Partner ($5,000) – TWO AVAILABLE

This year’s LMA New England Annual Conference will host two receptions—one on Thursday after the evening program and one on Friday afternoon at the end of the conference program. Both receptions are available to be “branded” for interested service providers, with the opportunity to make short introductory comments regarding your product or service at the beginning of the reception. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**.

Breakfast Partner ($3,000) – ONE AVAILABLE

The Annual Conference will kick-off the Friday session with a breakfast for all attendees. As part of this sponsorship, our conference moderator will identify your company by name at the beginning of the keynote speaker session, while thanking you for providing the breakfast for all attendees. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference. Finally, there will be tent signs identifying your company as the breakfast sponsor set up at each table where the attendees will be able to eat their breakfast. The LMA NE Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the tent signs.

Lunch Partner ($5,000) – ONE AVAILABLE
A plated luncheon will be served to all attendees at midday on Friday as a break between morning and afternoon sessions.  As part of this sponsorship, our conference moderator will identify your company by name at the beginning of the lunch, while thanking you for providing the lunch for all attendees. Your logo will also be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**. Finally, there will be tent signs identifying your company as the lunch sponsor set up at each table. The LMA NE Conference Committee will coordinate the selection and production of the tent signs.

WiFi/Electrical Partner ($700) – ONE AVAILABLE SOLD

Your company will be recognized as the conference’s exclusive WiFi and electricity sponsor. Signs will be prominently displayed in multiple halls that identify your company as the sponsor.  Your logo will be displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference**.

Underwriter Partner ($500) – UNLIMITED

Have your logo displayed on all LMA NE Conference materials including the Conference website, program/invitation, materials and logo loop screen that will be shown throughout the conference.
